INTRODUCTION
The Council first produced a business plan in 2019/20 which was updated for the period 2023 to 2027. The aim of the plan is to set objectives in each area of the council’s responsibilities which will enable members of the public to have a clear understanding of the council’s priorities and activities.
The plan will be updated on an annual basis and be publicised widely including inviting the community to comment on the plan.
